EFT is an approach that helps to lower your cortisol levels and calm the stress center of your brain, your amygdala. It combines elements of exposure therapy, cognitive, and somatic therapy. EFT enables you to think clearly, and reframe your issue in a positive light, and have powerful cognitive shifts. The results are increased vitality

The results are increased vitality, stronger and optimized mental and physical health.
The form I use is Clinical EFT, the method validated in many research studies which shows it to be an evidence- based practice. Gentle tapping stimulation of acupressure points located on the surface of the face and body, paired with mental activation of unwanted emotional content or desired outcomes can shift the brain’s electrochemistry to:
• help manage your stress level, overcome anxiousness, fear, guilt, shame, jealousy, anger, and other negative emotions
• change unwanted habits and behaviors
• replace negative thoughts patterns with a healthier mindset and a better perspective on life • relieve the emotional contributors to physical pain
